It bothers me so much to hear all these people complain about how the government is too slow and doesn't provide enough for them. None of these people were prepared even with an entire week of warning!!!!! In any case, if we don't have at least a 72 hours kit, we have NO right to complain.

Do you know of any good places to get stuff for emergency preparedness? I don't have anything yet because, I just moved out. Any advice?
A good place to start is with the 72 hour kit. A lot of places have lists of the stuff you should have. You can buy them complete but that is quite pricey. I like this link very much.
